The scorecard is a fundamental tool that tracks and communicates the progress, results and performance of the Multilateral Fund (MLF). Aligned with the indicators specified in the results framework, it quantitavely shows how MLF assists developing countries in implementing the Montreal Protocol and its Amendments over time. Additionally, the scorecard details how the projects and programmes supported by MLF contribute to the Montreal Protocol targets and objectives, as well as to the Sustainable Development Goals; facilitates learning from project implementation; identifies areas for performance improvement; and enhances accountability and transparency, demonstrating the Fund’s effectiveness to stakeholders.
