The Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and Criteria of the Multilateral Fund contain the policies, procedures, guidelines and criteria of the Financial Mechanism under the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer as established by the Meetings of the Parties under the Montreal Protocol and elaborated by the Executive Committee of the Multilateral Fund in accordance with its terms of reference. The document is updated three times per year after each Executive Committee meeting.

The current version of the document is updated as of April 2010 and includes decisions taken at the 60th Executive Committee Meeting and the 21st Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol.
